I was fired by an employee on the phone for not being able to show up once.. She said she was instructed by her manager to fire me.. I recently received a letter from Kroger saying that I never showed up to work again because I quit... Confused on why they would say that if they actually fired me.

I currently work on the front end as a bagger in my store but I asked management if I can do both at the same time for more hours and they said yes. Any experiences on the pricing team? Chill out with the micro managing all the sudden. You will never have your own store, you will die a co manager. It is annoying and just makes people laugh at you. It actually makes me work slower just to hear you asking me to do the most obvious things over and over.
